Navigating Change


Change is a thing most of us Fear. We like things “Just as they are”. If we think about it, we’d probably realise that we deal with change far more regularly than we think. We take it in our stride as it is so commonplace these days.  That’s easier for some than others. This workshop thinks through the aspects of change we can affect.  Our feelings and emotions change.  It’s our reaction to the change that produces how we feel, not the change itself. This interactive workshop is made up of discussions and exercises to really understand how we navigate change in real-life scenarios within our own roles, teams & departments.
