About the GMC Training Workshop Welcome to UK Practice programme

Welcome to UK Practice was developed using the experiences of doctors new to UK practice and guides doctors through a series of ethical scenarios.
It covers topics such as consent, confidentiality, raising concerns, care for children and young people, and prescribing. Using a variety of interactive learning resources, the workshop helps to build the confidence doctors need to make the right choices when they face difficult ethical situations in their practice.
All doctors new to the UK are encouraged to take advantage of the free GMC training workshops.
