Top Milton Keynes Recruiter Makes Charitable Donation Promise

Oct 7, 2014.

Committed to employee satisfaction, engagement and wellbeing, leading Milton Keynes recruiter for healthcare professionals ID Medical has once again taken part in the annual Sunday Times Best Companies Survey 2015 and pledged to make a £1 donation for every completed employee survey to local valued charity, Leo’s Appeal at Milton Keynes Hospital.

In 2014, ID Medical was accredited as ‘Outstanding’ for the second year running and debuted at number 33 in The Sunday Times 100 Best Mid-Sized Companies to Work for. This year, with its growing workforce, ID Medical is involved in the process once again to benchmark against previous years’ results, ensuring it is facilitating true engagement amongst its employees.

Deenu Patel, managing director of ID Medical comments, “Undergoing the Best Companies project each year reinforces our status as a leading Milton Keynes recruiter and is fundamental for us at ID Medical. This survey gives us organisational clarity and provides us with the true insight and feedback we need to progress and improve employee engagement.

“The fact that we achieved a 57% response entry rate against the required 40% in the survey demonstrates positive satisfaction levels of our rapidly growing 300+ workforce.

As a key supplier of healthcare staffing to Milton Keynes Hospital NHS Foundation Trust and year-round fundraiser for its charitable project, Leo’s Appeal, ID Medical is keen to make the most of every opportunity to make the difference to the NHS and our local community in Milton Keynes. The Best Companies 2015 ‘pledge a £1’ charitable contribution is just one of our many alternative methods to help the charity reach its ultimate goal.”

Vanessa Holmes, acting head of communications and fundraising at Milton Keynes Hospital NHS Foundation Trust added, “We are so grateful to have the support of ID Medical, who have shown a real commitment to their fundraising for us over the year. We are delighted to accept yet another donation to our children’s wards from them, and are so pleased to have their support of our staff awards event in December too. Thank you to everyone involved – it will make a huge difference to children and families on the ward.”
